You must comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and these Terms. You will maintain accurate account details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken using your credentials. We may update features or impose reasonable limits to protect performance and security. If the Services are used on behalf of a business, you confirm proper authorization and accept responsibility for that business’s compliance.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, malware distribution, deceptive marketing, prohibited goods, or activities that may harm our network or reputation. Do not send us sensitive data unless requested and safeguarded.

You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may provide feedback; we may use it without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you without consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Term, suspension, termination

These Terms apply while you access the Website or use the Services. Either party may terminate for convenience with reasonable notice where permitted by any separate order. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, legal risk, or security threats. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek interim injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect confidential information or IP.
